INTERNATIONAL media reports have linked Spurs with a move for Genoa midfielder Julio Cesar De Leon.
Manrique Amador says only personal terms need to be agreed between the 28-year-old and the Premier League outfit.
"Tottenham's sport manager Damian Comolli, who is Italian and worked in Messina, asked me for information about him," Amador told Colombian newspaper El Heraldo.
"They really like the player and it only remains that they accept the conditions I let them know."
The much travelled De Leon has made over 60 appearances on the international stage for Honduras.
