HARLOW: Second teenager charged over death crash

A SECOND boy has been charged over a crash on the M11 near Harlow in which a 16-year-old boy died.

Jay Tamer, from Shepherds Bush, in London, died when the car he was in crashed down an embankment on April 5.

A 17-year-old boy, also from Shepherds Bush, was due before Harwich Youth Court today, charged with causing death by dangerous driving, aggravated vehicle taking, driving other than in accordance with a licence, no insurance and burglary.

A 16-year-old boy, from Shepherds Bush, has been remanded into secure accommodation having been accused of one count of aggravated vehicle taking and burglary.

The youngster has admitted the motoring offence but will stand trial next month over the burglary allegation.

He remains on police bail having been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving in connection with the incident.
