HARLOW: Police appeal following attempted break-in

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following an attempted break-in at a house in Harlow.

A hole was smashed in a fanlight window in the rear kitchen of the property in Kingsmoor between 11.30am and 1.30pm on Monday, April 28.

A larger window was then opened. However police believe that nothing was stolen.

Police want to speak to a man who was seen in the area at 11.30am.

He was white, aged in his early 20s, with brown hair, and was wearing a blue hooded top and grey tracksuit trousers.

Anyone with any information should ring PC Emily Monk at Harlow CID on 0300 333 4444.
