HARLOW: Three held in murder probe released on bail

THREE men arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a man in Harlow have been released on police bail pending further inquiries.

A 34-year-old local man died in Princess Alexandra Hospital, in Harlow, on Friday evening following an incident in the town centre at about 2.30am on Friday.

Police were called to an incident involving a group of about six men and a taxi.

An injured man was taken to hospital and a 20-year-old man was arrested.

Two other men - aged 21 and 26 - were arrested on Friday afternoon.

A murder investigation is underway led by Detective Superintendent Tim Wills.

The arrested men have been released on police bail until May 21.

Anyone who was in the town centre at about 2.30am or who has any information about the incident, should ring Harlow CID on 0300 333 4444.
